Sanjay is a layer above the rest of these agents. Mostly, they get a bad reputation, bc they earned one. In contrast - SJ knows how Investments work, the +/- of Property Management, and how to handle out of state deals. He's a silver lining in this field. He is polite, patient & professional - most other agents I've dealt with are rude, curt & not all too knowledgeable.
